You will get a timeline planner, an empathetic listener, a dance floor hype woman, child-wrangler (I used to be an elementary school teacher), and most importantly, a new friend. Relationships, care, and love have ALWAYS been my number one priorities in life. As a former teacher turned photographer, I know how to make just about anyone feel comfortable and cared for -- and it is absolutely genuine care. FAQ
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I'm based in NYC (soon to be Westchester, NY) and I am more than happy to travel! I will travel up to 75 miles outside of NYC for no extra fee, and I will add on travel costs for further than that. But with that being said, I would LOVE to travel wherever your wedding is!
Should I do an engagement session? Why?
Absolutely, yes -- I'd highly recommend it! Doing an engagement session will allow us to get to know each other and it will help you feel that much more comfortable in front of the lens on your wedding day. If you want to book an engagement session and a second photographer, we can ABSOLUTELY make that happen, too!
What is timeline planning?
In order to make sure that you get all the moments into your day that you have been dreaming of and have enough time to document it all, we will be able to plan a timeline. I believe that timelines are important to make sure you don't miss anything BUT I think it's important to build in down time for you to enjoy your day thoroughly, which I would be sure to do with you.
How long until I get my photos?
Glad you asked! After your engagement session, I will get your photos to you in 2 weeks. After your wedding, you will get previews within 24-48 hours, and I will get your full wedding gallery to you 4-6 weeks after your wedding day!
How does payment work?
To secure your date on my calendar, I require an upfront deposit of 25% of the collection cost. The rest is due 30 days before your wedding. I am also more than happy to create a custom payment plan with you!
